Admission Fee Refund
Admission fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. In the event of withdrawal before the start of the academic year, 50% of the admission fee may be refunded upon written request.
Tuition Fee Refund
If a student withdraws from the institution, tuition fees for the remaining months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to a BDT 2,000 processing charge.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administrative office. Processing time is 30 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via bKash or bank transfer as requested.
